# Long names & text fit

## The rule

Each text field has a box. Short values render at the design size; long values shrink until they fit, down to a minimum the designer set. Beyond that they wrap or clip according to the design.

## Test with your worst rows

Put your longest name and your largest number in the first three rows of a test CSV. The free previews show exactly what those recipients will get.

## Scripts and fonts

The verify step flags non-Latin text so you can confirm the design's font covers it. Fonts with missing glyphs fall back to a system face rather than rendering boxes.
