# "Batch not complete" warning when copying the URL

The URL is valid as soon as the batch is accepted. Rows that have rendered show their personalised GIF; rows still in the queue show the design's fallback image until they land. Nothing breaks.

Send early when the fallback is acceptable (a generic version of the same design). Wait for **complete** when every recipient must see their own version — the completion email tells you when.
