# Batch stuck in queued

> Nothing moved for a few minutes. What is normal, what is not.

Section: Troubleshooting · HTML: https://app.multiplied.studio/docs/troubleshooting/batch-stuck-in-queued · Index: https://app.multiplied.studio/llms.txt

## Normal

- Large batches queue behind a render fleet that scales up on demand; the first rows can take a couple of minutes to appear.
- A `stalled` state means nothing has moved for a while; it resumes on its own when the fleet catches up.

## Not normal

- No progress after 15 minutes on a small batch.
- `done` climbing but every row failing.

In both cases [tell us](mailto:hello@multiplied.media?subject=Batch%20stuck) with the batch id. Credits for rows that never render are returned when the batch is cancelled.
