Any other email tool

The URL pattern and the one rule that makes it work anywhere: the file name is your merge token.

The pattern

https://img.multiplied.media/<design>/<merge token>.gif

<design> is fixed per email. <merge token> is whatever your tool substitutes per recipient. The substituted value must equal the identifier you chose when uploading (lower-cased if you ticked lowercase; spaces and punctuation are normalised the same way on both sides).

Steps

  1. In Multiplied, copy the dynamic URL with the Generic dialect: the token is written as {{identifier}}.
  2. Replace {{identifier}} with your tool's syntax for that field.
  3. Put the URL in an image block or an <img src>; test-send to a real recipient record.
